Robert G. Block
Robert G. Block practiced insurance defense litigation for over 30 years on behalf of numerous insurance companies. He is presently a general litigator and has litigated complex, multi-party cases involving commercial and residential construction defects, moisture intrusion and mold contamination, employment, contract, real estate, personal injury, employment, including non-compete provisions, and probate and estate disputes.
Mr. Block is also a mediator for the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas, a private mediator and is certified as a Collaborative Attorney.
